Our coaching philosophy is to provide an environment that enables athletes to have fun, learn about being part of a team, while learning the fundamental skills needed to compete, succeed and enjoy hockey at a high level for a long time at the highest level. We provide all techniques to ensure your game gets better from the skating aspect, passing/stick handling and shooting aspect.

KEY FOCUSES
01. EXPLOSIVE SKATING
Making your first steps most important and learning how to quickly explode out of cuts.
02. PUCK PROTECTION
Working with the puck in tight areas, keeping it close to your body.
03. SHOOTING MECHANICS
Learning the angles and release points of all shots.
04. GAME SITUATIONS
Learning to adapt on the fly, using drills to cope with intense game play.
05. STICKHANDLING & PASSING
Combines ways to give and receive passes from all angles and using techniques to improve stick work.

Location: Smithfield Ice Rink
ONE ON ONE
The purpose of our 1 on 1 / group lessons is to ensure that the player gets hands on attention to detail. We will teach any aspect of the game they feel needed to be worked on, All private lessons can be from 50min to 70min.
OFF ICE TRAINING
The purpose of our off ice training is to help all players with their forward/lateral quickness, first step explosion, core build up, and overall body strength.
